TyAnn Osborn has spent her career enabling business leaders, managers and employees to improve their performance and effectiveness through innovative professional development and strategic talent solutions. 

Prior to launching her coaching practice, Ty was the Global Director of Human Resources for the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, an organization with a $2B+ endowment dedicated to improving the lives of children in urban poverty. She has also held executive and global leadership positions for Dell, PepsiCo Food Services, and CSC Consulting. 

Today she works with a variety of organizations to provide coaching and innovative solutions in the areas of Strengths-based performance, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She is also a sought-after speaker for best practices in talent management. Her clients include companies such as Dow, Dell, EA Sports, PayPal, BD | Care Fusion, Northern Natural Gas, Texas Department of Insurance, Texas Office of Injured Employee Counsel, the University of Texas, RetailMeNot, KXAN Television, and DR Horton Homebuilders.

Ty is a Gallup-Certified Strengths® coach using the CliftonStrengths® assessment and is also certified in the Culture Works Motivators assessment. She has coached thousands of people in using a Strengths-based approach to help enable effectiveness, increase productivity, and win at life.

Ty has a BBA in Economics and Management from Baylor University, and an MBA from St. Edward’s University. She is active in the Austin non-profit community as a former board member of Central Texas Communities in Schools and a foster home for Bluebonnet Equine Rescue. Ty is a native of Central Texas and enjoys travel, learning about history, and tending to her ranch. She is also a certified Hays County Master Naturalist. Ty lives in Dripping Springs with her husband, 2 daughters and 17 furry, farm family members, who were all recently featured in the documentary Pursuing Happiness.
